NanaiCare project charter

Single-page agreement for scope boundaries, responsibilities, and the agreed payment structure. Figures are planning references; final amounts follow the issued invoice.

Purpose

Align NanaiCare, Sambalab, and development on what is in and out of scope for the first web phase, and record the agreed budget split (50% + 50%).

Digital vision: mobile-first, warm and professional, EN / ES / NL, services, stories, wellness notes, and a clear path toward a future skincare shop.

  • Brand: Nanai Care · Quechua Nanai = tender caress to calm pain or sorrow.
  • Logo: woman’s face, hand on head, inside a circle; name inside or below (three layout options on site).
  • Palette: Sacred Sound · domain www.nanaicare.com · warm, intuitive, non-basic site.
  • Treatments tabs: body, facial, packages (Spring/Summer, Autumn/Winter, Legs & Head, Legs & Face), subscriptions (1 & 6 months).
  • Policies: 50% deposit upfront; 24h cancellation rule; reschedule ×2 or transfer; Nanai cancellation = reschedule or refund.
  • Phase 2: booking agenda, monthly/annual treatment & revenue charts, payment methods, online health/aesthetics form.

Scope boundaries

In scope (phase 1)

  • Phase 1 live site: brand story (Nanai meaning), Sacred Sound UI, EN/ES/NL.
  • Full treatment catalogue page (body, facial, packages, subscriptions) from client list.
  • Policies section (deposit, 24h cancellation, reschedule/transfer, studio cancellation).
  • Charter with budget; deploy on Vercel; GitHub handover.

Phase 2 (client brief, separate quote)

  • Booking agenda with easy edit, payment integrations, monthly/annual charts (treatments & revenue).
  • Online health & aesthetics intake form.
  • Full e-commerce shop and native apps unless newly scoped.

Change control

Features not listed here, or integrations that require new vendors, are quoted as phase 2 or a written change request. Work that invalidates already approved deliverables may affect timeline and cost.

Amounts in Chilean pesos (CLP). IVA at 19% and domain cost depend on provider; the issued invoice is the binding reference.
